Privacy Policy
Last updated July 14, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Dailera, Inc. (" Dailera, Inc.", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use Dailera, our personal AI agent platform, including our website, hosted dashboard, and Telegram bot (collectively, the "Service").
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Account information — your name, email address, and authentication credentials when you sign up or sign in.
- Connected account data — the data your agent reads and acts on through the third-party apps you connect (email, calendar, chat, and productivity tools), scoped to the permissions you grant.
- Agent memory and conversation data — chat messages, task history, and the vector-embedded memories your agent stores so it can recall context over time.
- Meeting data — audio, transcripts, and summaries from meetings your agent joins, when meeting notes are enabled.
- Telegram data — messages you send to and receive from the agent over Telegram, if you link a Telegram account.
- Usage and billing data — credit consumption, plan tier, and payment details, processed by our payment processor (we do not store full card numbers ourselves).
- Technical data — log data, device/browser information, and analytics collected through Vercel Web Analytics.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information above to:
- Operate and provide the Service, including running your agent;
- Give your agent the context it needs to act on your behalf and recall relevant information across sessions;
- Process billing and manage your credit balance and plan;
- Maintain the security, integrity, and reliability of the Service; and
- Communicate with you about your account or the Service.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your connected-account content or conversation data to train third-party foundation models.
3. AI Processing and Model Providers
Your agent's responses are generated by third-party AI model providers, primarily Anthropic, accessed through our model routing layer. Anthropic's API does not train on data submitted through the API. Content you send to your agent, including connected-account data pulled in as context, is transmitted to these providers solely to generate a response and is not retained by them beyond what's required to provide the service and meet legal obligations.
4. Connected Third-Party Services
Connections to third-party apps (Gmail, Calendar, Slack, and others) are established and managed through Composio using OAuth. We receive only the access scopes you approve during connection, never your third-party account passwords, and you can revoke a connection at any time from your dashboard, which immediately stops further access.
5. Meeting Recording Data
When meeting notes are enabled, our meeting-bot infrastructure provider (Recall.ai) joins your scheduled meetings to capture audio and produce transcripts and summaries, which are then stored in your instance. It is your responsibility to obtain any consent required from meeting participants under applicable law before enabling this feature. See our Terms of Service for more on this.
6. Data Storage and Security
Data is stored in a Postgres database (hosted on Neon) with encryption in transit. Every account gets its own isolated agent instance, and access to your data within our systems is limited to what's needed to operate the Service. No system is perfectly secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security, but we maintain reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data involved.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your agent instance, all associated data (chats, memories, transcripts, and connected-account tokens) is permanently and immediately deleted via cascading deletion — it is not a soft delete or a recoverable state. We may retain limited billing records where required by law.
8. Data Sharing
We share data only with the service providers (sub-processors) needed to operate Dailera, including:
- Composio, for third-party app connections;
- Anthropic and our model routing provider, for AI inference;
- Recall.ai, for meeting recording and transcription;
- Telegram, if you link a Telegram account;
- Neon, for database hosting;
- Vercel, for application hosting and analytics; and
- Our payment processor, for billing, plan management, and credit top-ups.
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Dailera, Inc., our users, or the public.
9. Self-Hosted Deployments
Dailera can be self-hosted on your own infrastructure with your own API keys and database. This Policy describes data handling for our hosted Service only. In a self-hosted deployment, your data stays on your own infrastructure under your own control, and we have no access to it.
10. Your Rights and Choices
You can access, export, and delete your data directly from your dashboard, disconnect any connected third-party account at any time, and turn off specific agent capabilities (such as senses or meeting notes) in settings. Depending on your location, you may also have additional rights under applicable data protection law, such as the right to request a copy of your data or object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.
11. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
12. International Data Transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States, by us and the sub-processors listed above. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you directly.
